you will need;

1 can (35 cl) del monte pineapple juice
1 (200 g) red apple
1 tbsp.lemon juice
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup white sugar


heres how;


pare and core apple cut into small pieces
and soak in del monte pineapple juice
and lemon.
blend/osterize on high until fine
add water and sugar..stir and serve with ice
