If ur alone and if u hav symptoms of chest pain that radiates to ur arm and up to ur jaw, it is a "HEART ATTACK".

if No one to help and a hospital is far u cant wait. U have to help urself
-cough repeatedly and vigorously.
- take deep breathe before every cough.
-Deep breaths gets oxygen to lungs,
-coughing keeps blood circulation alive... please forward this .. u can save life !!

thats agud thing but let me tell u ppl a thng that its pain is so severe that person jst fell down and goes to coma. he even cant have time to breath. according to docs the person left breath in severe heart attack. bt in mild one its better to do these tips.
