You need to be a domain expert in CSS/XHTML, Javascript, AJAX, and Web 2.0 techniques. The web developer will be highly self-motivated, innovative, and well versed in new technologies. This position requires a detail-oriented, product-focused professional, experienced with building high performance systems in a high-paced, high-volume environment.
jReporting to Director of Development, you will work closely with product development and backend engineers. You will be responsible for developing front-end of new mig33 features and functions for desktop and mobile phone users, utilizing Javascript, AJAX, WAP, XHTML, PHP, and SOAP technologies. You will also maintain and enhance existing UI code. You will participate in product design and specification, and contribute to the company's over all product roadmap as well as user experience improvement.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
At least 5 years of web development experience in a production environment.
Expert level command of CSS. Detailed understanding of JavaScript, HTML/XHTML, and AJAX-driven applications. WAP, XSL, and PHP knowledge strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of software design principles, OO concepts (OO JavaScript), web standards, and UI design best practices. Experience in packaging and releasing software to a production environment a big plus.

Reporting to Director of Development, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining back-end code for the company's mobile community, instant messaging, and VoIP products, using Java, Fusion, SOAP, and MySQL technologies. You will implement business rules to facilitate mobile commerce and backoffice operations. You will participate in product design and specification, and contribute to the product roadmap and system architecture evolution.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
At least 5 years of Java, J2EE and multi-threading development experience in a distributed environment.
RDBMS knowledge.
Solid understanding of software design principles and OO concepts.
Experience in packaging and releasing software to a production environment.

We are seeking an experienced Linux systems engineer to support production systems and our global messaging and VoIP infrastructure, performing platform evaluations, new rollout activities, preventative maintenance, emergency fixes, system and service failovers, and code releases.
This position reports to Director of Operations. Essential duties & responsibilities include evaluation and recommendation on application tuning and OS deployments, disaster recovery planning, development scripts and other programs for system monitoring and maintenance. The individual must be able to work effectively in a high pressure environment. Occasional air travel required. This position involves on-call after-hour support.
Required Qualifications:
5 years of systems administration or engineering experience in high-redundancy, high-availability production environment.
Strong understanding of Linux files systems, storage arrays, and fiber channel technologies.
Advanced knowledge of shell scripting.
Solid understanding of Linux security utilities such as sudo, shadow passwords, as well as other security standards as SSH and SSL.
Hands-on troubleshooting of Linux, Apache, and JBoss.
Knowledge of patch validation and build releases.
Familiarity of monitoring tools and problem ticketing systems, Nagios, Cacti, TRAC, etc.

Requirements: MBA; three years product management experience for multiple mobile application developers with global reach, community and content applications, sourcing new content, and improving user experience; six months experience with international payment systems or graduate school course work in international business and international finance; six months experience merchandising mobile content in mobile applications and on web; three years experience using advanced excel (statistical analysis tools and pivot tables) and one year using SQL to engage in data analytics related to user behaviour, spending, revenues and/or growth projections.
