Ingredients:
2 tbsp Olive Oil
½ Green Capsicum (Sweet Pepper) cut into thin strips
½ Red Capsicum (Sweet Pepper) cut into thin strips
1 Jalapeno Chilli Pepper, deseeded and very finely chopped
200g/7oz Tomato Pizza Sauce
2 Pizza Crusts, ready made or home made homemade
100g/4oz Ham, diced
100g/4oz Mozzarella Cheese, grated
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 220C, 425F. Gas mark 7.
2. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the capsicum and chilli pepper and sauté over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes, or until softened. Remove from heat.
